What is the difference between "Your own key" and "Our keys"?+
With "Your own key" you bring your own AI provider key, keeping full control and a lower price. With "Our keys" we run the AI end to end for you — ready instantly with zero setup, at a 40% higher price.
Does my data ever leave my borders on any plan?+
No. Sensitive data is detected and cloaked locally before anything is sent, and re-hydrated only on your side. On the Sovereign plan the whole platform runs on your own servers with no data egress.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Yes — move between plans anytime and the difference is prorated automatically. Starting on Starter or Business then upgrading is a common path as your usage grows.
What does the Sovereign setup include?+
Full on-prem installation, integration with your systems, policy customization, and team training. The setup fee is one-time, followed by the annual license and dedicated support.
Do prices include VAT?+
Listed prices are before VAT (15%), added at invoicing per ZATCA regulations.
